The first building and central amenity of the Malcolm Yards project will the Malcolm Yards Market, a 16,500 square foot food hall located within the Prospect Park neighborhood. MYM will bring a new unique flavor and style to a developing area. An industrial-chic gathering place, it will offer a broad range of different chef-driven food styles with a central bar and a variety of designed outdoor and rooftop patios.
